Ridge Biotechnologies emerged from stealth with $25 million in seed funding to apply its AI-enabled precision enzyme and targeted drug design platform to next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
The company launched NativeLink™ and ProTrigger™ technologies, which enable precise attachment of linker systems and targeted delivery of ADC payloads specifically to tumor tissue while sparing healthy cells
Ridge Bio also announced a discovery collaboration with a leading biotech to apply these products to create safer, more effective ADC therapeutics
Its platform combines proprietary machine learning models with high-throughput, cell-free experimentation to massively expand sequence-function datasets, enabling design of novel enzymatic systems for ADCs and other modalities
This approach is intended to overcome off-target toxicity and structural limitations of conventional ADCs, accelerating the development of a new generation of precision-engineered bioconjugates
