22 June 2026: Lonza and InduPro announce licensing agreement to advance next-generation ADC therapeutics
Lonza and InduPro have entered into a licensing agreement to advance next-generation antibody-drug conjugate therapeutics, providing InduPro with access to Lonza’s proprietary ADC technologies as it expands its oncology pipeline of proximity-driven therapeutics
Under the agreement, InduPro will receive a non-exclusive worldwide license to Lonza’s GlycoConnect, HydraSpace, and linker-payload technologies for the development of ADCs against up to two oncology targets, enabling the company to accelerate the creation of highly targeted cancer therapies
The collaboration combines InduPro’s proprietary platform for identifying disease-specific cell-surface protein pairs and engineering bispecific antibodies with Lonza’s clinically validated ADC conjugation and payload technologies, creating the potential for differentiated therapies with enhanced selectivity and efficacy in hard-to-treat tumors
The resulting programs are expected to leverage InduPro’s proximity-guided bispecific antibody approach together with Lonza’s GlycoConnect, HydraSpace, and SYNtecan E technologies, a combination designed to improve therapeutic windows by delivering cytotoxic payloads more precisely to tumor cells while minimizing off-target effects
Strategically, the agreement highlights the growing industry interest in combining bispecific targeting with advanced ADC platforms, further validating Lonza’s position as a leading ADC technology provider while enabling InduPro to build a differentiated portfolio of next-generation bispecific ADCs in the increasingly competitive precision oncology landscape
