26 May 2026: Adcendo and MSD partner to evaluate ADCE-T02 plus KEYTRUDA in phase 1b advanced Solid tumor study

  • Adcendo has entered a clinical collaboration and supply agreement with MSD to evaluate its Tissue Factor-targeting ADC, ADCE-T02, in combination with KEYTRUDA (pembrolizumab), reinforcing the growing industry emphasis on ADC–immunotherapy combinations as a strategy to improve outcomes across multiple solid tumors
  • The study will assess ADCE-T02, a potential best-in-class Tissue Factor-targeting antibody-drug conjugate carrying a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, in combination with pembrolizumab, leveraging the potentially complementary anti-tumor mechanisms of ADC-mediated cytotoxicity and PD-1 blockade
  • The Phase 1b study will investigate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of ADCE-T02 plus pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors, with initial patient dosing expected in the second half of 2026
  • ADCE-T02 is currently being evaluated as a monotherapy in the ongoing Phase 1 Tiffany-01 trial and is designed to target Tissue Factor, which is highly overexpressed across multiple difficult-to-treat solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, cervical cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer
  • The collaboration provides external validation of Adcendo’s ADC platform while aligning the company with a broader industry trend of combining ADCs with checkpoint inhibitors to expand clinical benefit, improve durability of response, and establish new treatment paradigms in difficult-to-treat solid tumors
