Sanyou Biopharmaceuticals and Huadong Medicine have announced that their jointly developed ADC drug, SYHD001, has successfully entered Phase I clinical trials, marking significant progress in their collaboration
SYHD001, an ADC drug, demands high technical expertise and development complexities, which Sanyou Bio has addressed through its innovative platforms: Super-trillion molecule discovery platform, Integrated R&D platform, and Intelligent R&D platform
Sanyou Bio contributed to SYHD001’s development by conducting target research, raw material preparation, key molecule generation, ADC conjugation, in vitro and in vivo efficacy experiments, and screening high-quality industrial cell lines, ensuring efficient IND filing and clinical trial entry
Since 2015, Sanyou Bio has served over 1,000 pharmaceutical clients, obtained IND approval for 7 CPO projects, and is involved in 300+ antibody drug discovery projects
